Supervision and Quality Service
We prioritize high-quality service delivery through a comprehensive Supervision and Control System based on regular random visits by area supervisors, robust supervisory infrastructure, and senior management oversight. Our supervision is supported by an electronic monitoring system.

Refresher Trainings
QISS recognizes the need to have our personnel regularly trained and in line with their duties and client expectations, our guards undergo refresher training of a duration of 5 days twice per year. In order to achieve maximum return during these refresher trainers, we are guided by the following training policy:
- Training needs assessment
- Previous training programs reviews
- Anticipation of training requirements
- Control of lesson planning
- Implementation of training policies and programmes
- Collating objectives and accurate past course reports
- Collaboration with Client’s Security Advisor to identify any training needs
Client Communication and Security Meetings
We ensure regular visits to clients at both junior and senior level, the production of monthly performance reports which are informative and summarize the month’s activities, incident reports and investigation reports, and the holding of regular security meetings.
Site Instructions
As a matter of policy, we ensure each premise and point of services has detailed site instructions to ensure guards understand client expectations; and hold regular security meetings with clients to ensure site instructions are updated and remain relevant and for effective service delivery
